Language in London is the first school in the world to win the British Council prize for innovation in English teaching for our unique Cultural Experience course, where all the English lessons take place in London's museums and galleries.
The school is in the centre of London, in an area of zone 1 called Bloomsbury. This is the heart of cultural and academic London, next to the British Museum and in the same road as the University of London. It is also less than two minutes from Oxford Street, the most famous shopping area in London.
You can easily walk to Covent Garden, Trafalgar Square and the rest of the West End, where you will find London's famous nightlife, theatres and stores. Turn left or right out of Language in London and you will quickly find restaurants, cafes, bars and pubs. The two nearest underground stations are Tottenham Court Road (Northern and Central Lines) and Russell Square (Piccadilly Line). There are also many 24-hour buses which stop right in front of the school.
You will get lots of personal attention from both our experienced teachers and our friendly support team. We are here to ensure you make the most of your time studying in the capital and increase your confidence speaking in English. Our elegant school building built in 1776 has 8 classrooms, free wi-fi and 12 computers for you to use. The school has a lovely garden and a chill out area. We look forward to welcoming you to the school!
